Every company has a story and Crazy Jose’s is no different. Rumor has it that the owner of one of our restaurants wanted to create a new concept, so he sent one of his employees named Jose, or Crazy, depending on the time of day, to look for new themes. After a week he returned and was asked what he discovered. Jose’s response was a little wild, as he handed over some recipes. But what about the concept, some themes, he was asked? Jose was heard to say, give them four things; cool music, bright colors, a fun staff and a taste of  Santa Fe style Mexican food. But, most of all, make it fresh! Keep it relaxed, warm and friendly. The rest is history.

Today, CJ's receives calls from folks all over the country, asking them to please open a Crazy Jose’s in Florida, Colorado and California. Would you believe Australia, too? No matter how far CJ's expands, friends here at home will always be treated to that special Crazy Jose’s spirit and the helpful, friendly service people have come to expect in Beaumont, Lumberton and Orange.
